Includes: Customized training plan with weekly development as you progress, sport specific training, warming up/cooling down, cross training/strength training, detailed descriptions of workouts, fitness testing, performance nutrition/hydration education, rest and recovery education, mental preparation, race day planning, and most importantly regular contact with your coach
Coaching is based on Endure’s 3 Pillars of Activity

In-Person Coaching
$50/Hour (Sessions typically last one hour)
One-on-one or group coaching session focusing on your area of need.
Examples: Open water swim lesson, Bike Lesson (shifting/pedaling efficiency, Hill Climbing and Descending, fueling on the bike), Running Lesson, Triathlon Transition Practice, Strength Training Session, etc.
Running Gait Analysis
$200
2 separate video sessions to analyze your running form and identify inefficiencies.
Session 1 will focus on identifying inefficiencies and recommending strength/flexibility exercises and form cues based on the findings to improve your running economy.
Session 2 will recapture the video to assess for improvements and make further recommendations if needed.
